Get new customers going with CaseFlows

We're looking for implementation partners: firms that support customers as a coach through a CaseFlows implementation, building alongside the customer's own people and teaching them how to carry on.

Become a partner

What an implementation partner does

  • Get the customer started. From the first process the customer wants to change to the first caseflow its people use every day.
  • Provide a coach. One of your people works with the customer's process owner: together they describe how the work should go, the assistant turns that into specs, and the coach helps build and test it.
  • Teach. The coach runs workshops inside the customer's organisation, so its own people learn to describe their work, flag what isn't right, and decide on changes themselves.
  • Step back. The goal is a customer that can carry on without you, and calls you in when it wants to go further.

How it works

The coach builds on the development environment

The coach works where changes are tried out. Taking something to production stays the customer's decision.

Access with the customer's consent

The customer decides which of its data the coach may see, per domain, and can withdraw that at any moment.

Questions to the coach

The customer's people ask the coach from their own workspace. Questions and answers stay with the customer.

Your own CaseFlows platform

As a partner you work in CaseFlows yourself: your customers, your coaches and their questions in one place.

Who we're looking for

Consultancies and implementation firms that know a sector or a kind of work, and want to help their clients change how they work rather than install another system. You need people who enjoy both: thinking through a process with the people who do it, and explaining it to a room. No programming needed: the coach describes and tests, the assistant writes the specs and the code.

Where we stand

CaseFlows is in private beta. We're setting up the partner model with our first partners now; CaseFlows itself plays this role at our first customer. The terms for partners we work out together with the first ones.
