What we ask of a partner

• Get a new customer from its first process to the first caseflow its people use every day.
• Provide a coach who works with the customer's process owner and builds alongside on the development environment.
• Run workshops inside the customer's organisation, so its people learn to describe their work and decide on changes themselves.
• Step back once the customer can carry on.

What happens after you apply

We read every application ourselves and contact you for a conversation about your firm, the sectors you know and the customers you work with. CaseFlows is in private beta and we're setting up the partner model with our first partners now, so the terms we work out together.
