# CaseFlows > CaseFlows lets an organisation change how it works as fast as its world changes. Work is organised as cases in which people, other organisations and AI each take part from a case role with a clear responsibility. How the work goes is written down in open specs the organisation can read and take with it. CaseFlows is in private beta; the first customer works in it every day, in production. CaseFlows is a product of GREXX BV, Gooimeer 2-15, 1411 DC Naarden, The Netherlands. Contact: info@caseflows.eu. ## What it is - Cases instead of records or workflows: a case connects everyone involved in bringing something from a request to a result. What each participant can see and do depends on their case role and on where the case stands right now. - Case roles: a responsibility within a case. A role can be held by your own team, by another organisation (for example an accountant or a consultancy) or by a colleague helped by an AI agent. Changing who holds a role does not change the process; outsourcing becomes a decision, not a project, and so does bringing work back. - Open specs: the way of working is written down in readable specs the organisation owns, not locked inside a product. - Continuous feedback: what people run into in real cases flows back into the next version. Business experts describe their work with an AI coach, try a first version in test cases and give feedback straight away. - It sits on top of existing systems: the caseflow organises the work, existing CRM, ERP or planning systems supply data and services. ## Independence - Hosted in Europe. - Your own AI key; you choose where the intelligence comes from: a European provider or a model on your own infrastructure. - No central command post: each participant takes responsibility within agreed boundaries. ## Where it stands (October 2026) - Private beta with a small group of first customers; the first customer works in CaseFlows every day, in production. - Working together through case roles works today, also across more than two organisations. Organisations can form a commons in which the participants set the specs and rules of their shared way of working, each follows them on its own system, and any provider that follows them can join. Building on what others have built, through a place where organisations find each other's specs, is the direction. - For pilots we look especially for organisations whose cases cross their own boundaries: start with one shared case, together with one or two partners. Taking part in a case costs those partners nothing. ## Pages - [Home](https://caseflows.eu/): what CaseFlows is, who it is for, what works today and where it is going. - [Request early access](https://caseflows.eu/early-access): apply to be one of the first customers. - [Become an implementation partner](https://caseflows.eu/become-a-partner): for firms that coach customers through a CaseFlows implementation.
